Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Vancouver Phoenix Gymnastics will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, in the VPG Community Room.
The AGM provides an opportunity for members to reflect on the past year, receive updates on the club's activities and achievements, and learn about plans for the year ahead.
All VPG members and families are warmly invited to attend.
Builders of Excellence Celebration
Prior to the AGM, Vancouver Phoenix Gymnastics will host its inaugural Builders of Excellence Celebration, recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to the club and its community.
Evening Schedule
6:00–6:45 PM: Builders of Excellence Social
6:45–7:30 PM: Builders of Excellence Presentation
7:30–8:30 PM: Annual General Meeting
